What is The Grid?
The Grid is a card based loyalty program operated by Ladbrokes. When it was first released it was relatively basic, linking your in shop and online betting and offering various rewards. Over the last few months it has really developed and now has all sorts of exciting new features that really give added value to your Ladbrokes betting experience.
The main changes have come about recently as a result of mobile app integration. You can now effectively carry a digital copy of your grid card on your phone, and there all sorts of clever ways to use it and even more benefits associated with doing so.

Bet slip checker
Place a bet in the shop, and you can use your Grid app to check the status of it. Simply enter the number on the slip into your phone, and The Grid will tell you whether or not it’s a winner, and if so, how much.
Cash out
Currently available on selected coupons. You can keep an eye on your bets, and should you decide you want to settle up early, simply use your mobile to cash it out.
Deposit and collect in shop
This gives complete flexibility with your online account, and with winnings, deposits etc in store. For example, you could place a bet online and collect the winnings over the counter. Alternatively, place a bet over the desk and have the winnings credited to your online account. If you don’t want to place a bet there and then, you can deposit in shop and use this to fund your online account for later use.
Accumulator tracking
Once again this is a service that uses your mobile phone. You can track the status of your accumulator bet via the app. It’s integrated with your Grid card for easy access, and you’ll be able to check up on your selections with just a few clicks. You can of course use this in combination with some of the other available features such as cash out.
Transfer of winnings via mobile app
This is one of the best new features!
